Several friends have asked for the crab dip recipe we serve at parties, usually in the fall to winter months. This is not a low calorie food to be sure.

1 pound lump crab meat
1 tablespoon chopped garlic (2 cloves?)
1/2 pound pepper jack or jalapeno cheese (I sometimes do a bit more)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce (or a bit more if you like heat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmigiano cheese

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix everything in a bowl
Put in a heat proof baking dish
Sprinkle some extra parmigiano cheese on top
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly

That's it! You could use toasted french bread (thinly sliced) or any other kind of
crouton to dip.
